What You Need To Know to Enroll at Anna's Day Care

Change of clothing
It's always a good idea to keep extra clothes for your child at day care. At our day care center, parents are responsible for maintaining a spare set of clothes for their child. Babies grow so quickly, so it's important to make sure that the spare set of clothing matches your child's current size. Parents are also responsible for supplying diapers, wipes, and creams for their child.

If your child has any of the following illnesses or conditions, you must keep your child at home
baby sticking out his tongue
  • A temperature of 100+ degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Vomiting (2 or more times in 24 hours)
  • Diarrhea (3 or more watery stools in 24 hours)
  • A rash or nits (indicating measles, chickenpox, etc.)
  • Eye infection
  • Sore throat and excessive coughing
  • If it's clear your child is not feeling well
At Anna's Day Care, we want to keep all of our children healthy. That's why we take precautions when a child isn't feeling 100%. If your child is exhibiting any of the above symptoms, or simply isn't feeling well, it's always best to keep your child home from our day care. This will eliminate the risk of any illness spreading throughout our day care center.

Depending upon the illness, you may be required to obtain a doctor's note before your child returns to day care. In addition, should any child develop such symptoms while they are with us, we will contact his or her parents to have them take the child home as soon as possible.

Immunization
Complete immunization records must be on file prior to your child's first day of enrollment at our day care center.
