In the Bay Area sometimes it can be difficult to find good value - especially for childcare. However, Anna's Daycare is just that.
After researching dozens of childcare options I found Anna's Daycare (5 years ago) and have never looked back. All 3 of my kids went to Anna's (starting at 4 months old) and continued there until they were old enough to start preschool.
What I love about Anna's Daycare:
* She loves kids - I can't tell you how many infant rooms I visited that seemed like orphanages with babies stuck in cribs crying. My babies were constantly held and doted upon at Anna's and they thrived because of it.
* Bilingual exposure - At Anna's kids are exposed to both English and Spanish - a crucial second language locally.
* Home-made healthy food - Most places I researched either served food pre-made at Costco or made you pack lunches but Anna cooks fresh, healthy, food for the children daily.
* Mixed ages - Kids benefit from socialization not only from their peers but also kids older and younger than them. At Anna's kids get that exposure/socialization.
* Outdoor play - At Anna's the kids start the morning indoors and spend afternoons outdoors.
* Affordability - Let's face it, childcare is expensive. Anna's daycare; however, is affordable - especially when comparing options for infants 2 and under.
* Licensed - Anna's Daycare is a license in-home daycare. Licensing is important so providers get routine CPR, first aid, and child development training."
